Junior Leadership is your chance to learn what leadership really means, not from a textbook, but through hands-on experiences, team challenges, and connections with local professionals who’ve been in your shoes.

This program is designed for high school juniors who want to develop real-world leadership skills and gain insight into how our community works. Each session is organized and led by graduates of the Chamber’s Leadership Program for business professionals, ensuring every meeting is both inspiring and practical.
